Tri Border Capacity Development Advisory (TBCDA) is a consultancy firm headquartered in Mandera Township, at the strategic intersection of Kenya, Somalia and Ethiopia. We provide integrated services in research, capacity development, monitoring and evaluation, data analytics and project management across the Horn of Africa.

With strong field networks and deep contextual expertise in cross-border and fragile environments, we support governments, NGOs, development partners and private sector organisations to design, implement and evaluate impactful programs.
